Disposable ADAMⅡ™ CD34 KIT
The ADAMⅡ™ CD34 Kit consists of calibration bead, CD34 reagent, 10X RBC Lysis buffer, and ADAMⅡ™ assay slide.
CD34 Reagent contains CD34-PE antibody, CD45-perCP antibody, and Nuclear Acid Stain
for analyzing CD34 positive cells, CD45 positive cells, and cell survival respectively.

Principles of procedure
When the sample is mixed with reagent in the test tube,
fluorescence-labeled antibodies bind specifically to the CD34+ and CD45+ cell
surface and dead cells are stained by nucleic acid staining dye.
Once the staining step is completed, RBC Lysis buffer is added for the lysis of red blood cells.
The lysed sample is loaded into a disposable plastic slide and the slide is placed on the precision stage of ADAMⅡ™ instrument.
