    What is on the checklist when processing samples onto the cartridges?

    Please make sure there are no bubbles or no incorrect amount of samples on the cartridges to prevent inaccurate results.Please use your pipette as recommended.

    What should I use for samples? 

    You may use serum or plasma. For further information, please check specifications of each item.

    What does the item code chip do?

    The item code chip contains LOT and item information.Please have your code chip registered if it is a new LOT. No extra calibration is necessary. ​

    What are the items that require pre-treatment?

    Pre-treatment is required for Free T4, Total T3, Thyroid Duo, Testosterone, and Vitamin D for five minutes or longer.
