ADAM™ CellT is an automated cell counter that is available in cGMP production environment. It has an easy-to-use built-in tablet and complies with 21 CFR part 11. When 21 CFR part 11 mode is activated, data cannot be modified by any user.

Bead calibration results are out of range.
1. Please try vortexing of the bead for a minute, or shake the bead bottle.2. Use bead from the new bead bottle. -

I see a good number of debris in the images taken.
1. Check if there are no scratches outside or no debris inside the r-Slide.2. If you still see debris when using a new control sample, the control sample may be defective. Please contact your control sample manufacturer.
