ExTransfection™ Kit (100 μL) provides the essential consumable for efficient electroporation with ExTransfection™. The kit contains 100 μL ExTransfection™ tips, ExTransfection™ tubes, and buffers. Based on the number of reactions, EXT10025K and EXT10096K are available.
The original microporation technology in ExTransfection™ Tip features an insulated capillary chamber with a small electrode surface area and an increased gap between electrodes. These characteristics ensure a uniform electric field, enhancing transfection efficiency and cell viability.
