Microporation Technology
NanoEntek is the original developer of microporation technology, designed to overcome the limitations of traditional electroporation methods using cuvettes. The core of microporation technology lies in its use of a capillary-type electric chamber with a minimal electrode surface area in direct contact with the sample.
Small electrode surface area and increased gap between electrodes ensure uniform electric field within ExTransfection™ Tip. The insulated capillary minimizes electrolysis during electroporation, enhancing of transfection efficiency and cell viability.
